Parent Meeting & Info Night

If your child will be participating in Open Houses and/or Tryouts, they must be registered with AZ Region Volleyball and USAV for insurance purposes.

*Proof will be Required at Check-In*

AZ Region & USAV Memberships are created and maintained through SportsEngine.

(Desktop Computer is easiest when creating for the first time.)

1. Parents must first create a household account on SportsEngine.

2. Then parents will add player(s) to this account.

3. Select the 24-25 Arizona Junior 17 & Younger Player / 24-25 USAV Junior Player Membership to be purchased once SportsEngine account is set up. Combined membership cost is $65.

4. Any players turning 18 during the season will need to purchase an 18's SafeSport Membership.

In order for your player to be able to participate they must begin by registering with USAV and AZ region volleyball. Please click on the link below and follow the instruction.

*NOTE* When you register be very careful not to create more than one account, if necessary, just add family members to the single account.

All forms must be printed, filled out accurately and completely, and turned in to the Registration Coordinator at an in-person event.

Please only turn in the papers requiring a signature. Please keep the information sheets for your records.

*Bring paper copies of all forms to parent meeting, open house, or tryouts.*

A copy of your child's Birth Certificate is required every year during registration, whether you are a new or a returning player.

Check your child date of birth on the chart below to find what age division they can play in. Players can play up in divisions but cannot play down in divisions without an approved age waiver from the Board and the AZ Region.

All Communications, Payments, and Schedules will be done and maintained through LeagueApps.
